Description

Tserrina was once a renowned practitioner of the dark arts in Neriak. After becoming an acolyte to the vampire Mayong Mistmoore, they established a base of operations on Velious prior to the arrival of the gnome pirates and the opening of the continent to the old world. In preparation to wed Mayong she accepted his vampiric curse. However, it had unexpected consequences. Wings sprouted from her back and her appearance grew hideous. Not only did Mayong Mistmoore abandon her, but he imprisoned her in the Tower of the Frozen Shadow. In her insane rage she has cursed the inhabitants of the tower.

She can spawn from any one of the four a shrouded bats on the top level of Tower (7th). If the bat sees through invis, it will spawn Tserrina; if not, it will spawn an enraged vampire. Tserrina spawns directly on the bat's corpse. After spawning, she will immediately path towards the room at the end of the corridor and then path up the spiral stair and across the bridge before going back down again. From the bridge, it's possible to pull her back into the safe room adjacent to the mirror room. Be careful using this tactic, she gates.

Important to know - There CAN be more than 1 Bat Trigger up at a time for Tsserina! (Have confirmed killing the 4th bat after triggering her on the 3rd (She ran out of hallway), assuming it was a PH. It did not spawn a Enraged Vampire, which means it would have spawned her again. However there can NOT be 2 Tsserinas up at a time (So in this case it spawned nothing)

She is very difficult, as she can charm pets and players (Up to level 60), spinstun and mana/health drain you, all at the same time! She always drops the key, the harnessed soul gem, and one of the four items below. Half a group of 60s or a full group of 50+s should be able to take her down (also a 60 Enchanter can solo her with a slow, chain stuns & Zumaik Pet. Ref. video [1]). Geared 60 Bard soloed her with an aego and finished with 29% hp. Rando's/Shield of Song(prevents stun-spin)/Assonant Strain.

It is also worth noting that if she is left alone for a few moments, she will summon a skeleton pet. This is important because she is actually easier with the pet — she cannot charm as long as it is alive, and it can just be rooted or otherwise CCed for the duration of the fight. Also, she gates at 20% health and will summon you to her spawn spot (see invis bat room), which makes fighting from above more risky.
