Description

Spawns on the first floor of the Tower of Frozen Shadows. Clear the right side rooms (Dogs) to get him to spawn - Killing the undead will pop him. He will spawn from A shadowbone & a lesser ice shade.

He can spawn immediately upon the death of any gnoll on the first floor.

He casts shaman based spells such as Scourge, Envenomed Breath, Tagar's Insects, Affliction, Winter's Roar, dispels, and heals. He will also summon a pet.
