In Southern Karana, these are found at the undead camp with Ghanex Drah (1500, 1200) near the North Karana zone line.
In Qeynos Hills, there are two putrid skeletons that spawn every 6:40, with no placeholders — one at 3300, 550 and the other at 2090, -850. These two kinds of putrid skeletons appear to be different: the Qeynos Hills ones drop a Putrid Rib Bone, while the South Karana ones do not. The Qeynos Hills ones proc Putrid Breath, which is similar or identical to Rabies but does not last nearly as long. The putrid skeletons in Qeynos Hills also do not give faction (confirmed on Green, May 21, 2020).
There are also putrid skeletons on the first floor of Befallen.
Those found in Southern Karana have interesting dying words: "Come and join Barger.", "Bertoxxuloussss... shall find you.", "Cromil shall cut you in two.", "Come... Come and join Tolon!", "Feel the power of Gandil the Great!", "Never fear... Smyth isss... Here!", "Westyn shall gut you." "Come, let Bozin embrace you."
